Pacific Light Aircraft is the Australian and New Zealand agent for Stormaircraft of Italy. Storm produce a range of outstanding Light Sport and Recreational aircraft including the low wing Storm Century and the high wing Storm Rally.

In addition Pacific Light Aircraft supply a range of other products and services for Recreational pilots.

In the near future we will be launching a brand new range of pilot reference documents: checklists, emergency procedures, aircraft performance, briefings and much more. All delivered in a simple, lie-flat format. These publications are designed for everyday use in the cockpit.

Dollars for the Doctor. The Royal Flying Doctor Service has been bringing medical and health services to outback Australia for over 80 years. Pacific Light Aircraft donates to the flying doctor for every hour flown by a Storm Aircraft in Australia.

CASA reviews Airmanship

In the Nov-Dec issue of Flight Safety Australia, CASA has conducted a review of the illusive topic of Airmanship. This is really good news since the understanding that was being promoted in the field was most inadequate.

Early Implementation of Sections of Part 103

CASA has been working on the implementation of Parts 103 and 149 for some time. Unfortunately matters beyond CASA's control have meant that drafting of Part 149 has delayed implementation of Part 103. This is not great news for Recreational Pilots. But there's light...read on.
